Every Saturday morning at 11:15, Cindy Sommer of Lifeline Healing gifts the world with a FREE meditation. Yes, I said FREE! I have been participating online through GoToMeeting since she started them about a month ago. As always, an extraordinary experience for me. Every week is a brand new journey; fun AND healing This past Saturday was a breathtaking journey! The part that stands out for me is when the journey brought us to a mountain top and there was another mountain top in the distance. A tight wire was extended between the two and we were to walk across to the mountain in the distance. I had no fear as I stepped out onto the tight wire and in fact, threw away my balancing pole not long after stepping onto the wire. About half way across, the wire disappeared from beneath me and the mountain in the distance was moving towards me! I leaped into the air toward the other mountain and jumped into the arms of ME! The real ME, at the core of who I am, who had been standing atop the other mountain. In that moment, there was laughter and tears of joy as WE embraced and looked into one another’s eyes. And truly, I saw ME in those eyes. As always, I was left with words that come from deep within. I’d like to share them with you here. Thank you Cindy. I love you my friend. You are a Blessing.
Heaven on Earth

Heaven on earth is not something that is going to
Come out of the sky and descend upon us.
It is not something that is yet to be.
I say to you, it is here already.

It is Spirit in body.
It is the meeting of the soul with the flesh.
It is the knowing that we come from the Light –
The Light that came into being of its own.

It is the ‘All That Is’ merging into our hearts,
Igniting us from within.
It is duality into unity and two into One.
It is darkness into Light where divided becomes whole.

It is the beginning of the end and the end of the beginning.
It is the before and the after, for it is timeless, without form.
It is the essence of All become the essence of One.

It is the awareness of the silent knowing,
Not the voice that speaks aloud.
It is that which you sought that is within,
And only when you have eyes to see
Will you know.

Heaven on earth is here, and always was
From the very beginning, in your heart.
And it shall be known
By bringing forth that which lives inside us.
Heaven on earth is the illumination of the Light within.
